We do indeed work on an appointment only basis to ensure you have the most perfect bridal experience. You will have your very own dedicated stylist to look after you and match you to the most exquisite dresses for your special day.

Your first visit to the studio will take around an hour to an hour and a half – especially when celebrating finding your precious one with us.

Second Looks, Matching your Accessories and Your Precious Collection appointments take around 30-45minutes.

We would recommend up to 3-4 guests joining you whose support means the most – this keeps your experience super focused, relaxed and not overwhelming with opinions.

Around 12-18months before your special day is the perfect amount of time to relax and enjoy your bridal journey, whilst also having the newly designed dress edits for your wedding year here with us to choose from.

Your dress will usually take around 4-8months to be made and delivered – depending on your chosen style and designer.

Your final seamstress alterations usually begin around 6 weeks prior to your wedding  date.

If your wedding is coming up soon don’t worry we have lots of gorgeous styles available on a quicker delivery alongside our Ready to Wear designer samples available to take home the same day.

You can take pictures of your favourite styles whilst trying on and your stylist can assist with the best angled shots.

Remember the sample size may not fit perfectly and sometimes your guest angles aren’t the best for showing your dream dress as it would be on the day – so take this into account when looking back over images.

Our Designer gowns that are made to order range from £1000-2800, we then have our more couture ranges starting from £3000-6500.

We also have an incredible range of styles available in our Ready to Wear section – designer dresses at amazing price points £600-£2000 and ready to take home the same day.

During your bridal consultation we will chat through your ideal spend for your dream dress.

Our main range of samples for trying on and then ordering in your perfect size are UK12-UK24.

We also have our Love Above – Curve Bridal Lounge based on our second floor which is dedicated to sizes UK18-UK32 and full of modern bridal styles from our Designer ranges perfect for accentuating and supporting curves in all the right places.

We have our recommended seamstress team on hand and will give you all of her details whilst you’re with us so that you can book directly around your diary.

All of our gowns and accessories are made to order, taking up to 6 months to be made & arrive with us at our showroom – so our designers cannot offer any refunds or exchanges once your order is placed – It’s so important to find your dream dress when you feel 110% ready to commit.

Our showroom has one stone threshold step to the front entrance of our Grade 2 listed building. There is on street disabled parking outside. Throughout your visit you will have your own personal stylist with you at all times. We have an accessible bathroom at ground level. Our fitting suites are based on the first and second floors, we do have alternative options if required – please contact us in advance to discuss further at hello@yapbridal.co.uk

Yes we have two private fitting suites alongside our open plan fitting area. Please let us know your requirements ahead of your visit and we can prebook this suite for you.

There are 3 on street parking bays to the front entrance of our showroom – these are pay and display (cash only), along with a disabled parking bay. There are multiple outdoor and multi story carparks nearby including Oxford Street multi story which is at the rear of our townhouse and can be paid for with an app.
