Tell us how you felt before your first appointment to try on gowns…

I was really excited to visit Y.A.P, as I had heard how amazing and special the service and experience is through numerous brides that I have worked with.

On arriving at Y.A.P Bridal Boutique what were your initial thoughts…

I thought that the boutique looked welcoming and homely and there was so many gowns to pick from. Being related to Danni and knowing Jo through work I felt relaxed before even arriving at the boutique, knowing I was in safe hands.

Your Style Ideas…

I knew I wanted my gown to be beaded and lace, but in a laid back style not too structured.

Your Consultation to Finding the One…

It was an amazing first experience, I loved how I got the chance to select a few dresses, but then I left Danni to pick some out for me as she knows my style so well and is so experienced in bridal wear. This helped me to realise the looks I liked and didn’t like. I felt like Danni cared about my day not only on a personal level but also on a professional level… she had a real interest in matching everything together with the kind of day we were planning.

Tell us about your bridal stylist and the ‘You Are Precious’ service you received…

The service I received from the beginning until my wedding day was impeccable. The team at Y.A.P made me and my family feel welcome at every appointment. They really have a passion for what they are doing and this shines through.

How did you feel when you found your dream gown & how did you know it was ‘The One’…

When I chose my dream dress it felt amazing. It was everything I had been thinking of in my mind. I wanted my dress to stand out and look different to anything I had seen before and as soon as the beaded shoulder piece for the top of my gown arrived, I was overwhelmed by how much I loved it and it completed my dress perfectly.

Talk to us about your overall Y.A.P Bridal Journey…

My Y.A.P journey was a delight, I looked forward to all of my appointments and loved even more than that my Y.A.P ladies were there with me as a part of my wedding day. Joanne and Danni are such wonderful people and really make the whole experience feel special.

Imagine romantic rolling hills…sweeping into the distance… whimsical woodland backdrop under sunset… Laura and Ross celebrated tying the knot at the Natural Retreats in Richmond on 19th September 2015.

Starting with a vision of exactly how they would imagine their big day… this was the perfect blank canvas to be creative! Family and Friends gathered for the full weekend of celebrations for this amazing pair! With both being in the wedding industry – a day of relaxed elegance in the outdoors was just the dream… matching this with their hand picked supplier pals meant their day was mapped out and accomplished impeccably. xxx
