Your Love Story…

We basically met on a night out and he messaged me a week or so later! He was in a band at the time and was currently touring America so we ended up just talking 24/7 for a month and a half until he came back to the UK, and as soon as he landed in London, he drove to Manchester to see me. And the rest is history!

Your Bridal Journey …

I was just so anxious but really excited at the same time. I’ve known Brogan (my Stylist) for 15 years so I knew I was in good hands with her. I had 2 dresses that I’d seen online by Maggie Sottero so I knew that I wanted something with lace but quite fitted with a train. I knew I wouldn’t want a big princess dress as it’s just not me.

Trying on YOUR Precious Gown how did you know you had found ‘The One’?

It was the second dress I tried on that day and it just felt right. I looked at Brogan and she said ‘this is the one isn’t it’ and I just nodded. It was really emotional to try something on, knowing it’s perfect for you. I had my maid of honor, bridesmaid and mum there and they all just cried, they all knew it was the one. After that, I tried on maybe another 5 dresses that the girls had picked out for me and I kept just going back to my one.

Stepping into your dream dress on your day, tell me what that felt like…

Honestly just perfect, I originally said I’d always have a day and an evening dress, but Brogan said when you find the dress you love, you won’t want to take it off and it was so true. I had detachable sleeves which I wore for the ceremony which made it super formal and classy, then I took them off for the rest of the day to change it up, it was just perfect.

What would you say about the ‘You Are Precious’ service you received throughout your bridal experience

From the start it was unreal. Just arriving into this beautiful store and seeing all the dresses is a feeling I’ll never forget, it was so emotional. I felt like I was treated like the only bride in the world, they honestly couldn’t do enough for me or my bridal party.
