Most of our Designers work on a 4-6month turn around on making your dress & delivering her into our showroom for you.

Whens the best time to order?

When finding the one we advise 12-18months prior to your wedding to begin your search and find her – this gives ample time to enjoy the whole process and also means your dress will have arrived in good time – giving you have chance to complete all your wedding prep before your fittings begin.

If you have a much closer wear date give us a call, we have so many unreal styles available to purchase as ‘Ready to wear’ styles and this means your bridal outfit can be altered right away. We can also check with our designers live portal systems, meaning it’s super easy for us to see if styles are available sooner as some of our labels offer quicker delivery on certain gowns (Please note some designers require a small fee for this service).

We work on a 50% deposit basis to place your dress order – the remainder 50% balance is due within 2 weeks of your dress arriving – then your dream dress collection within 4 weeks of her arrival.

What’s the best way to store my gown, will she get creased?

Keep your dress within her protective, breathable gown cover which we will provide. You can hang your dress in a spare room or wardrobe as long as the room in free of damp and you’re not placing her in direct sunlight such as a window space. Your dress will have a full steam at the alterations stage, prior to you collecting her to head down the aisle.

When should I book my alterations?

We advise calling your chosen seamstress as soon as you have said yes to your dress – this ensures your fittings are pre-booked well in advance as our recommended seamstress teams diary fills up quickly (they are super skilled in bridal wear).

They will be able to guide you on appointment dates – these usually begin around 6 weeks prior to your chosen wedding date.
